At Vitabiotics®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package the Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
